Yes you may print from the library computers as well as other locations on campus. On the Brenham campus you may also print in room 138 of the Bob Bullock Center as well as in the Learning Center located in room 13 of the Academic Building. On the Bryan campus you may also print in the Learning Center in room 258 of the Library Building as well as the Open Computer Lab located in room 225 of the Health building.

At the beginning of each semester, each student is given $15.00 on their account for the use of printing in the library, the learning center or the computer labs. It costs 7 cents a page for single sided and 12 cents a page to print double sided. If you have run out of money before the end of the semester and still need to print you can add money on to your account.

  • You will need to swipe your ID card in the Add Value machine located near the reference desk in Brenham and in the lobby of the library next to the snack machines in Bryan.
  • After swiping your card, insert bills into the machine.

NOTE: The machines DO NOT GIVE CHANGE. Any bills that are inserted in the machine will automatically be added WITHOUT giving you the option for change. If you need change, please check with the circulation desk. While the $15.00 credit expires at the end of each semester, if you add money onto your account, whatever is left over will roll over to the next semester. If you do not have an ID card you may also add money to your print account by going to the Circulation desk with cash or check.
