If you need to find books with information on careers, both the Brenham and Bryan libraries have reference books that might be very helpful. The series you may want to try first are:

 Career Information Center call number R 331.425 C180i

 Encyclopedia of Careers and Vocational Guidance call number R 331. 702 En19o

These books are in the reference section of the library, so they can not be checked out, but you may make photocopies. Once you find these books on the shelf, look around them to find other books on the topic. You may also search our catalog by typing in the name of the career you are researching (example: nursing) and the words "vocational guidance", to find books that you can check out.
