You actually do not need a UserGroup Identification. When this happens, that usually means our library catalog and our Gale databases are not playing nicely together. This sometimes occurs with resources in Gale Opposing Viewpoints in Context or Gale Global Issues in Context. While you can't get to the resource from the catalog, you should be able to go directly to the database and view the information.
Take note of the database the resource you want to use is in, and proceed to the General Databases page. Open the database that you need, and search again for your subject. You should be able to open and view the resource.
